What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Helping new customers with different types of colors that work best with the home’s lighting. Explaining different types of finishes such as flat, velvet, eggshell, semi-gloss and gloss.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Beside my c-33 painting and decorating license I’m lead certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly my older brother recommend me with his boss back in 1990. I start as a helper doing painting in custom home so I worked approximate two year then I work two more years with many contractors to learn almos everything related about painting then I started my own business in 1994 so I worked approximate five year . So in 1999 I when to the contractor school to get my state license.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive worked with all kinds of different types of customers such as realtors, teachers, officers and in many cases I don’t know just because I don’t specifically ask what they do for a living.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For the best results I would recommend for you to hire a licensed contractor and to check the contractors license state board for any complains. You can also get at least three references from past customers and to check reviews.
